Custom and Handmade Items
All Vialacrafted custom items are handmade and hand-embellished, created one at a time with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor imperfections or variations may occur and are considered part of the unique character of handcrafted work.

Current estimated production time is 30–90 business days, excluding major holidays. This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on order volume, complexity, and availability of materials.

Shipping Policy
Shipping costs calculated at checkout apply exclusively to U.S. domestic shipments.
For international orders, an additional shipping fee will be invoiced after purchase based on current postal or courier service rates. Orders will not ship until the additional payment is received.
All orders shipping to the same location will be combined into one box. No exceptions will be made unless the customer requests separate shipments and agrees to pay additional shipping fees.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility:
We strive to ship all orders promptly; however, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays and provide tracking updates.
Vialacrafted is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the carrier.

Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not collected by Vialacrafted and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Vialacrafted has no control over these assessments. Please contact your local customs office for additional information prior to placing your order.
